ArtNot Terminal, Oil mediums on Canvas, 42" x 72" x 2.5"
Art Not Terminal refers to a bus station in downtown very important to service members during WW!!. Named a historic site, it later became an art gallery with space in the basement for Sunday Life Drawing sessions hosted by a great artist and friend, Lyle Silver.
For me, working as a Technical Illustrator or even doing landscape paintings on Whidby Island in the summer, I always go back to the beauty of humanity. The depth of feeling is so clear and obvious and rewarding in the figure.
